The bingsoo is amazing, best I've ever had! The ice is so so soft, fluffy, and flavorful. I love that they leave the toppings on the side for the customers to add themselves. I've had the asel signature and the strawberry ones so far. I love that they add fresh fruit to the bingsoo, a lot of other places use frozen. Definitely coming back to try more flavors.

This is the best Bingsu weβve ever tried in IL. Finest shaved ice and the flavor is spot on! The owners and staff are friendly. We loved it so much, we kept on coming back and went 4x in 1 week!

Quick service. Ambience is so refined, much like their sweet cold offerings. I ordered taro bingsu which is finely shaved ice flavored with taro. It came with mochi toppings, sweetened red beans π« and sweetened milk all on the side which I liked. I also had mango tea. I was asked if I want bobba on the drink, I thought it was included, it usually is, but when I saw the receipt it was extra. I wished they had told me that, otherwise I would not want it. I also wished there were less disposable dishes and cup used especially when dining in.

I finally checked something off my bucket list without even planning to and Iβm so glad I did. Iβve been wanting to try bingsu for the longest time, and I never expected to stumble across such a cozy, cute spot that had it! I originally came in for boba (especially matcha, which I love), but this place turned out to be so much more than I expected. As someone who really appreciates matcha in its more traditional form, I was so happy to find a place that respects its roots while still making it accessible and delicious. No shade to other spots I just value the culture and care behind it, and you can really taste that here. What made the experience even more special was the owner. She was so warm and welcoming, and I loved hearing her share the story behind the shop and herself. You can tell that every detail of this place reflects her and her family it feels genuine, personal, and full of heart. Even her daughters were there, and they were absolutely adorable. This isnβt just a place to grab a drink; itβs an experience. Iβm so grateful I found it, and Iβll definitely be coming back and telling everyone I know. No gatekeeping here this spot deserves all the love. Thank you for s
